The urban accommodation manager Líbere Hospitality has closed its first year of activity with positive figures. Over the last twelve months, the company added eleven new assets under management to its portfolio, comprising more than 400 units.
The operator began its activity in December 2020, with the opening of its first building, Líbere Vitoria, consisting of 120 fully equipped apartments for short and medium stays. During 2021, Líbere Hospitality expanded rapidly and its portfolio now comprises 12 assets under management located in 8 of Spain’s largest cities: San Sebastián, Vitoria, Bilbao, Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Granada and Malaga.
