The Director and former Vice-President of Inditex, José María Castellano, has increased his stake in the Socimi Millenium, which specialises in luxury hotels. He has owned shares in the company since May 2019 as a proprietary director and is currently one of its main shareholders.
The firm, led by Javier Illán Plaza (pictured above), launched a capital increase last June amounting to up to 150 million euros. Castellano participated to raise his stake in the company from 5.6% to 8.2 %, as the records of BME Growth (formerly the MAB) have now disclosed.
