Inbisa has begun the marketing and construction of its new project in the centre of Bilbao, called Residencial Inbisa HA48. The promotion is made up of 28 homes in which the developer is going to invest almost 14 million euros.
The new promotion, which is located at number 48 on Calle Hurtado Amézaga, opposite the Quinta Parroquia, will have three basement floors below ground level and will comprise seven above-ground floors, making it three storeys higher than the current building on the site. Now that the necessary permits have been obtained from Bilbao City Council, the promoter has begun to take the first steps towards its construction, starting with the demolition of the existing building. These demolition works are expected to be carried out over the next three months and, then, the construction of the new residential complex will begin, along with the urban remodelling of the area, which will connect Calle Costa (a dead end until now) with Calle Hurtado de Amezaga.
