Ilanga Investments has taken over the well-known Incosol resort to convert it into the Wellness & Clinic Resort, a new project that aims to become a worldwide reference for this type of space in Marbella. The investment vehicle, based in Luxembourg, is focused on investment in alternative hospitality assets and is led by Pelayo Cortina Koplowitz. With this deal, which has been advised by Solvia on the purchase side, the firm has closed one of the most notable operations in Andalucía in recent years.
With an investment of more than 150 million euros, Ilanga Investments hopes that this acquisition will boost further investment and the creation of stable employment in the area, balancing out the otherwise seasonal demand, strengthening the supply and placing Marbella as one of the reference markets in the health and wellness hotel segment.
