The residential sector is performing well. In March, 59,272 home sales were registered, the best figure in 15 years, according to the National Institute of Statistics.
This very positive data has been recorded following the outbreak of war between Russia and Ukraine. It represents growth of 25.6% in year-on-year terms and of 10.5% compared to the previous month. It also marks the fifth month in which residential transactions have exceeded 50,000 units since the outbreak of the Covid-19 health crisis.
