The Barcelona office market is ending the year with a new major operation. Grupo Freo and BC Partners have announced the purchase of the Barcelona headquarters of the multinational Novartis, located in the heart of Barcelona, on Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes 764, with the idea of giving it a facelift to convert it into a prime category asset.
According to Brainsre.news, BC Partners Real Estate and FREO have acquired this property from the pharmaceutical company Novartis with a view to the latter continuing as a partial tenant of the building once the renovation work has been completed.
