A new office transaction has been signed in Madrid capital. The firm Excem Capital, founded by the Hatchwell family, has closed the sale of an office building located on Calle Goya 36, in Madrid.
The vendor has received around 50 million euros from the sale, according to market sources consulted by Brainsre.news.
