The fund manager Eurofund has received authorisation from Lérida City Council to start work on the construction of a shopping cente. An agreement between Eurofund and the previous municipal executive made it possible to complete the step prior to the reparcelling of the land.
The Torre Salles project will span 55,000 square metres and will involve an investment of 100 million euros. It will be located between the neighbourhoods of Magraners and La Bordeta, in Lérida, after the manager bought that land from Sareb in 2018. In addition, the construction of houses on the land has not been ruled out.
