Demand for housing in the Principality of Andorra and the Arán Valley in Lleida is increasing in both the primary residence and second home markets.
According to the real estate company Engel & Völkers, demand increased by 20% in the two areas of the Pyrenees from May to September compared to the same period in 2019. Even during the lockdown, enquiries about luxury assets increased by 40% in the Arán Valley and by 30% in Andorra. By nationality, the clients who most demand homes in these areas are Spanish and French.
