Yesterday, Colonial signed an operation to sell two office buildings in Barcelona to Curzon Capital Partners 5 LL (CCP 5 LL), the fund advised by the European investment manager Tristan Capital Partners.
The first of the two buildings is located in the Les Corts district, near the Sants Railway Station. It is situated between Calle Berlin 38-48 and Calle Numancia 46. The building spans 13,280 m2, distributed over seven completely exterior floors, and has a Breeam Good certification.
