The investment fund Cerberus has created a company called MACC Residencial, specialising in the management of rental homes, which owns a portfolio containing thousands of flats purchased from Banco Sabadell, BBVA and Santander.

Aitor García Bilbao is the person in charge of the subsidiary. He has more than 25 years of experience in the sector with companies such as Unilever, Bergé and Azora, first as the Finance Director of Resa (the student residence company) and later as the CEO of Azzam, a manager specialising in housing, according to El Confidential.
