Homes sold during the first quarter of 2020 registered the highest prices seen in the last eight years, with an average of 1,747 euros per square metre; four autonomous regions accounted for 70% of the total sales volume.

Through its real estate branch, the company has reached an agreement with the residential cooperative Residencial Zaurak, managed by the Ibosa Group, to buy the project's commercial area, which it will rent to Carrefour.

The construction company, which specialises in property refurbishment services, plans to renovate nearly 1,000 homes for rent and/or sale owned by the main funds and servicers during the second half of 2020.

Aedas, Habitat Inmobiliaria, Metrovacesa, Neinor and Vía Célere assure that they have recovered their sales volumes and - above all, their reservations. They expect to return to pre-Covid levels within a reasonable timeframe.
