Dorseran has 10 branches throughout Spain and works with the main investment funds, servicers and real estate Socimis. According to Ángel del Moral, CEO of Dorseran, “we were created more than 25 years ago as a purely construction family business. Nowadays, we are a company that is growing rapidly, whilst maintaining our most important characteristic – our DNA as builders – and focusing all our value on providing services for the refurbishment and maintenance of real estate assets”.

With this philosophy, the company now specialises in renovating homes owned by investment portfolios for rent. Despite the current crisis generated by Covid-19, sources at the company assure that Dorseran plans to work on around 1,000 homes for rent and/or sale owned by the main international funds and servicers during the second half of 2020.
