Canarian Hospitality to Open 12 Hotels in the Canary Islands in Five Years

The new hotel management company Canarian Hospitality will open its first hotel in Adeje in November under the Mynd Hotels brand.

According to the new hotel operator, Canarian Hospitality plans to open 12 hotels in the Canary Islands in the next five years. Its objective is to employ more than 900 people directly by the end of its fifth year of activity, have 2,000 rooms in operation, and reach an accumulated turnover of around 300 million euros.

Francisco Fernández, general manager of Canarian Hospitality, said that “the overall objective of the company is to position ourselves in all the islands, and in the next five years, to develop new commercial brands and a total of 12 hotels in operation in the archipelago’s main tourist destinations.”

“We expect to have 2,000 rooms in operation by the end of the fifth year and an accumulated sales volume of around 300 million euros, generating 100 million euros a year once the business is stabilized,” said Fernández.
