Centro Canalejas Madrid, the limited company that manages the luxury macro-complex close to Puerta del Sol, received revenues of 93.5 million euros from the sale of the 22 prime apartments that have been developed in the set of seven historical buildings.
Around 600 million euros has been invested in the rehabilitation of those buildings, according to El País. The 22 high-end homes, developed by OHL and the investment firm Mohani, have been sold for around 15,000 euros per m2 and represent some of the most exclusive in Madrid.
