BentallGreenOak has entrusted Savills Aguirre Newman and BNP Paribas Real Estate to co-exclusively market its logistics platforms in Seseña and Alovera. The logistics platform in Seseña spans a constructed surface area of 29,116.74 m2, whilst the one in Alovera, which is currently under construction, will span 38,263.85 m2.
These state-of-the-art platforms, which have LEED Silver and Gold Certifications, have been designed for large logistics operators and are located in the “Third Ring” of the Corredor de Henares and Corredor Sur, respectively.
