Barceló is investing in the province of Granada with the acquisition of Hotel Barceló Carmen, an iconic four-star establishment located in the centre of the city and which the hotel group has been operating since 2017 on a management basis.
Now, with an investment of almost 40 million euros, the hotel is going to undergo a comprehensive transformation, involving updates to all the rooms, as well as to the lobby, meeting rooms, and the gastronomic offer, which will include a new gastrobar at street level. The hotel will reopen its doors again at the end of May 2023.
