Adriano Care is growing. The nursing home Socimi owned by the management company Azora has completed the purchase of two assets in the Community of Madrid for 11 million euros.
The properties, which have 94 and 53 beds, respectively, are leased on a long term basis to two specialist international operators. Specifically, the second spans an area of 2,000 square meters.
