Atom, Bankinter’s hotel Socimi, has reduced its dividend by more than six million due to the Covid-19 crisis. The company paid a dividend of ten million on 8 July, compared to the forecast of 16.4 million euros, due to the uncertainty caused by the pandemic as it waits to see the rate of recovery in the sector over the coming months.
The firm highlighted that it has collected 87% of its budgeted fixed income for the first half of the year, despite the impact of Covid, whilst 9% has been postponed by mutual agreement and only 4% is in the process of negotiation or litigation.
