The property on Calle Alcalá, 546, has been sold. The French manager Amundi has bought one of the most iconic buildings in Madbit, a mixed business district located in the well-known Julián Camarillo area of the Spanish capital. The amount that the firm has disbursed for L’Oreal’s new headquarters, which was previously owned by the Spanish promoter Therus and the promoter of the BNP group, BNP Property Development, has not been disclosed.
The French cosmetics firm will give up its headquarters on Calle Josefa Valcárcel 48 to move to the new building in Madbit, designed by Fenwick Iribarren Architects. The 20,000-square-metre property meets all the requirements in terms of quality and sustainability, according to Cinco Días.
