Vía Célere has launched Célere Parque Norte, a new development comprising 141 homes in Tres Cantos, which joins the projects that the firm was already working on in the municipality, Célere Elva and Célere Bremen. As such, the property developer now has 26 developments on the market in the Community of Madrid. Célere Parque Norte is the company’s first development to launch post-Covid 19 and is symbolic of its commitment to reviving the new-build sector in Spain.
The new residential complex will be made up of 3- and 4-bedroom homes distributed in high-rise, low-rise and penthouse apartments, all with a terrace, parking space and storeroom. In addition, Célere Parque Norte has an energy rating of B, whereby encouraging the energy efficiency of its homes and generating financial savings for its residents.
