The property developer Vía Célere delivered 596 homes during the first half of this year. Despite the coronavirus, the company increased the number of deeds signed by nearly 150% compared to the same period a year earlier. Last year, it delivered 1,241 units in total, whereby fulfilling the objectives set at the beginning of the year.
What’s more, over the last 12 months -from 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020-, Vía Célere has delivered 1,600 homes, the highest figure achieved by a residential property developer in Spain in the last decade, according to sources at the company.
