Sareb has awarded Securitas Direct and Grupo Control the security and surveillance services for a batch of properties that are exclusively managed by Haya Real Estate, a company controlled by the fund Cerberus. The properties include homes, parking spaces, storage rooms and commercial premises, which together represent 24% of Sareb’s asset portfolio. The contract has been awarded through a competitive tender process, according to Expansión.
In addition, the Company for the Management of Assets proceeding from the Bank Restructuring (Sareb) has reached an agreement with the real estate consultants BNP Paribas Real Estate and LaSBA, which will be exclusively responsible for the management of the shopping centres that form part of its portfolio.
