The German investment group Real I.S. AG has acquired a mixed-use building from KKH Property Investors located on Las Ramblas, 124, in the centre of Barcelona.
The 4,000-square-metre building was constructed in 1910 and is located in the historic centre of the Catalan capital. It is divided equally into commercial and office space and is currently leased in its entirety. Specifically, the commercial space is rented to F.C. Barcelona, which recently opened a new flagship store in building, and the office area houses the headquarters of SEAT Metropolis Lab Barcelona, a company specialising in the development of software for networks and mobility solutions, which belongs to the SEAT Group.
