Metrovacesa has dodged the health crisis. The property developer owned by Banco Santander and BBVA managed to improve its turnover by 250% in 2021 compared to 2020, to reach 510.7 million euros.
Meanwhile, the firm’s EBITDA amounted to 50.8 million euros in 2021, compared to a loss of -7.8 million euros in 2020. Moreover, its net profit was 18.5 million euros in 2021, compared to significant losses of -163.5 million euros in 2021. And its operating profit, from which it distributes its dividend, stood at 176.5 million euros.
