The Socimi Healthcare Activos is going to promote a nursing home in Córdoba, which will add 151 beds to its existing portfolio.
The asset will span an above ground surface area of 6,516 square meters. The 151 beds will be in single rooms, with common areas being shared between five residents, according to the company. The building will be located on the corner of Calle Rafael Ortí and Avenida Vía Augusta, close to the city’s new AVE train station.
