GMP is buying offices. The Socimi, which is listed on BME Growth, has closed the acquisition of the Méndez Álvaro 56 office complex for 34 million euros, according to Cinco Días and as confirmed by Brainsre.news.
This property spans 7,539 square metres and has parking for 140 vehicles. It has been awarded the sustainability certificate ‘Q-sustainable Evolution Excellence++’. The asset was promoted in 2010 by Arnaiz and subsequently sold to a fund.
