Colonial Issues €500 Million in Debt through SFL

The French subsidiary SFL has completed a debt issue operation amounting to €500 million, structured over 7 years and with a maturity date on 5 June 2027.


The French subsidiary of the Colonial group, SFL, has completed a debt issue operation amounting to €500 million. The bond issue is structured over 7 years and accrues a coupon of 1.5% with maturity on 5 June 2027. 

Demand has exceeded the issue volume by four times. The bonds have been placed with a wide base of high-quality investors in Europe, primarily in France, the United Kingdom and Germany, with very stable profiles such as insurance companies and investment funds.
