The public land agency SEPES has finalised the sale of two residential plots in Madrid for 9.6 million euros.
The two plots total 36,914 square metres in the San Isidro neighbourhood in Navalcarnero. They will be used to develop 297 subsidised housing units.
The first plot was awarded to the developer Hijes, founded in 1973. It has been sold for 3.31 million euros and will allow for building 127 basic price public housing units (VPPB). It has a maximum buildable area of 20,735 square metres.
The second plot will have 170 limited-price public housing units (VPPL) on 27,244 square metres of buildable area. The cooperative management company Greenhabitat paid 6.26 million for the asset.
