Almagro Capital recorded a net profit of 16.4 million euros in 2021, which represented an increase of 219.2% compared to the previous year, thanks mainly to the revaluation of its assets, as reported by the Socimi specialising in “reverse housing” to BME Growth on Friday.
Specifically, the variation in the fair value of Almagro Capital’s real estate investments amounted to 18.9 million euros in 2021, compared to 6.2 million in 2020. In addition, the company’s turnover increased by 128.4%, to 1.2 million euros, thanks to the incorporation of 104 new assets.
