Vía Ágora Buys More Than 600,000 m2 of Land in Los Cerros for €20 Million

The residential property developer Vía Ágora is upping its commitment to one of Madrid’s future neighbourhoods: Los Cerros. The company, which was launched commercially last year, already owns land in this new urban area of the Spanish capital for the development of some 1,860 homes.

In its latest move, Vía Ágora has purchased 615,000 square metres of land in Los Cerros for 20 million euros. It has acquired the space from Coral Homes, the real estate agency owned by Lone Star and in which the banking entity Caixabank holds a minority stake. With this transaction, the developer now owns 718,000 square metres of land in the future Madrid neighbourhood, according to Cinco Días.
