The La Zagaleta urbanisation, located in the Málaga town of Benahavís and considered one of the most luxurious residential areas in Europe, is home to Spain’s most expensive house for sale, according to the real estate agency specialising in high-end homes Barnes.
The property in question is a villa spanning more than 3,000 square metres and comprising eleven bedrooms, fourteen bathrooms, a sauna, spa, parking area and home automation system. In addition, the house is surrounded by lush well-kept gardens full of a wide variety of natural habitats, swimming pools, water sources, terraces and panoramic vistas from which to enjoy the views.
