During the outbreak of the health crisis, a phenomenon occurred that radically changed the rental market. All of the flats destined for tourist use were moved onto the traditional rental market and so that market was flooded with new supply.
Now that the pandemic has subsided, Spanish cities have recovered their frenetic pace. And of course, that includes tourism. Contrary to what happened in 2020, flats are now being removed from the traditional rental market to be offered for vacation purposes.
