Loiola to Invest €12 Million in the Construction of 59 Homes in Rubí on the Site of an Abandoned Shopping Centre

Loiola, the Basque real estate developer owned by the Altuna Group and Uria, has reached an agreement with the owner of the building that used to house a shopping centre in the town of Rubí in the Vallès Occidental area to develop a real estate project comprising 59 homes.

This is an urban regeneration operation, in which the company Loiola specialises. It will involve the refurbishment of a building located in an iconic area of the municipality which has been in disuse until now.
