IWG added 22,000 m2 of co-working space, spread over seven new centres, to its real estate portfolio in Spain in 2021, as reported on Tuesday by the company that specialises in flexible workspaces.
Specifically, Barcelona and Madrid accounted for most of IWG’s new openings, taking its total to 61 locations across Spain. However, it should be noted that the company’s strategy is aimed at establishing a presence in every provincial capital. In this sense, the group has announced new openings in cities such as Zaragoza, Logroño and Santander.
