Even before the coronavirus, activity was already slowing down. 42,920 homes were bought and sold in February, down by 6% compared to the same month last year, according to data released on Thursday by the General Council of Notaries.
And in year-on-year terms, the sale of flats reflected an inter-annual reduction of 7.4% in the second month of the year.
