Heylen Warehouses has bought its first plot of land in Spain, specifically in Illescas (Toledo), to build a logistics platform spanning 15,000 square metres. The company plans to develop a fully sustainable warehouse on the plot, which is located on the Iberum Central Platform, as reported by the firm on Thursday.
Given the great market demand, Heylen Warehouses plans to start construction of the platform as soon as possible.
