IPIM (IP Investment Management), formed by Amro Partners, has joined forces with Heed Capital to purchase a new student housing project (Purpose Built Student Accommodation or PBSA) with a gross value of 30 million euros in Valencia, the third most popular university destination in Spain.
Construction of the project is expected to finish at the beginning of 2026. In total, the property will add 221 new beds to the Mediterranean city, on a 2,000-square-metre plot located on the outskirts of the city centre.
