The Socimi Vitruvio has completed the sale of a commercial premise spanning 455m2 located at number 28 Calle Génova to Cartera de Inversiones Prime, according to the newspaper El Confidencial.
The establishment, which is leased to the Pointer restaurant under a 12-year contract, generates rental income of 62,000 euros per year. It was acquired by the Socimi led by Joaquín López Chicheri in May 2015.
