The Socimi Silicius, owned by the Mazabi group, has acquired the company Inmobiliaria Ibérica Madrid to carry out a non-monetary capital increase amounting to 19.7 million euros.
The operation involves the incorporation of three new assets into the Socimi’s portfolio: two retail parks in Parque Oeste Alcorcón and a hotel in Las Matas. All of the properties are located in the Community of Madrid.
