Perial Asset Management has closed the acquisition of nine hotels from the B&B chain through the fund SCPI PF Hospitality. It will pay almost 60 million euros for the properties in an operation that has been advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The transaction will be completed in two parts. The first stage, which has already been closed, includes five assets in Cataluña: Figueres, Mollet del Vallès, Viladecans, Granollers and Salt, for which Perial will pay 25 million euros.
