The German fund Patrizia has acquired four warehouses under construction on the Valdemoro industrial estate. Together, they span a surface area of more than 65,800 square metres and building work on them is scheduled to end in 2022.
For this turnkey project, the company has paid 50 million euros. This purchase is part of the fund’s wider commitment to the logistics market.
