Newdock (Goldman Sachs) Buys 100,000 m2 of Land in Arroyomolinos & Los Gavilanes for Logistics Projects

Newdock, the company created by the Goldman Sachs group for the investment and management of logistics assets in Spain and Portugal, has acquired three plots of land spanning 100,000 square metres in total. As confirmed by sources speaking to Brainsre.news, the amount of the transaction has not been disclosed. The purpose of this purchase? To build five independent logistics warehouses on the plots, which are situated in good locations in Arroyomolinos and Getafe (Madrid).

Specifically, the subsidiary of Goldman Sachs has bought two plots spanning 65,000 square metres in total in the Arroyomolinos logistics park, near the M-50 and its intersection with the A-5, in the Community of Madrid. The other plot, which spans 30,000 square metres, is located in the Los Gavilanes logistics park, with direct access to the M-50 and close to its intersection with the A-4.
