The insurer MGS Seguros has completed the purchase of the company Grupo Edalia, which owns two nursing homes in the Community of Madrid. According to Expansión, the acquired company has more than ten years of experience in this real estate segment.
The assets are located in Madrid capital and in Torrejón de Ardoz. The first, on Calle Arturo Soria, spans 7,500 square metres and has 156 beds. The second spans 6,600 square metres and comprises 149 beds.
