Covid-19 triggered the number of homes inherited in Spain to reach a historical high in November. Madrid and Barcelona are the cities that registered the highest number of this type of operation.
The health crisis, which has already resulted in more than 60,000 deaths across Spain, according to the Ministry of Health, has brought with it an increase in inheritances, especially since the summer.
