The servicer Hipoges has taken advantage of this year of historical records in the Spanish real estate sector (at least until the end of the summer) to significantly grow its business. According to its own announcement at its annual Move On event, the firm has doubled its assets under management and tripled the volume of properties it has under management in just one year.
In addition, the group’s workforce has grown with 450 new hires, and so now, the team is made up of 1,240 people from 27 different countries.
