The real estate company Grupo Insur is going to build a new residential complex on the Costa del Sol. Project Quintessence will consist of 104 homes measuring between 150 m² and 300 m². The buildings will be three storeys high including the ground, first and second floors. They will also have large terraces overlooking the sea. The common areas will have a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, gym, coworking area and garden areas.
Grupo Insur’s residential complex has been designed in line with Passive House certificate standards for controlling the temperature and air quality in the homes. In this way, the building project will be energy efficient.
