FCC’s Landlord Made its Debut on the Stock Market on Friday with Assets Worth €145 Million

JSS Real Estate, the Socimi that owns the office building that houses FCC’s headquarters in Madrid, made its debut on Friday on Spain’s BME Growth index (formerly MAB), after receiving the green light from the stock market regulator earlier in the week.

The firm’s Board of Directors set a reference value for each of its shares of 11.60 euros, which represents a total company valuation of 58 million euros, as reported by the Stock Exchange operator in a statement.
