Dazia Capital Buys Land Next to Madrid’s Barajas Airport to Build a Coliving Property

Dazia Capital has been shopping. The promoter has acquired a plot of land located next to the Adolfo Suárez airport in Madrid to build a coliving property. The project will involve the construction of 480 new serviced apartments in Valdebebas, according to El Periódico de España.

The acquired plot spans an area of more than 6,600 square metres and has a buildable surface area of 19,500 sqm. The property that is going to be built on the site will house studios and one-bedroom apartments.
