The real estate investment platform Stoneweg has closed the acquisition of the Hotel Mimic in Barcelona from the company Inversiones Riera de Sant Miquel. The operation has been completed for 20 million euros, according to Expansión.
The vendor comprises several family offices and institutional investors in the region, including the Camí, Vallès and Costafreda families. The sale was motivated by the need to rotate their portfolio assets.
